Issues with Mobile Scaling

Having a couple of issues with how my website, https://www.austinwinters.work, looks on mobile. Whereas my name appears correctly on desktop, you have to scroll to see it fully on mobile (see attachment). Does anyone know a workaround or code I can use to fix this?

Also, on a similar scaling note, my email address listed later down the page doesn’t scale properly. Half of the email address gets placed on the line below rather than the font size adapting to make it fit on the same line. Is there a way to fix this as well?

You want to downsize the 'AUSTIN WINTERS' and remove some space between header and your text, don't you?
