Ajax form submission, CORS error

We use Infusionsoft as a form handler and I'm trying to figure out how to submit a form via Ajax to avoid the natural page refresh. As it currently sits, I get a CORS error. I've also tried changing the form data type to 'jsonp' and that did change the error, but did not avoid it. I understand that CORS is controlled by server headers which I can't change on Squarespace but is there another way to get this to work somehow?

I can think of using webhook to handle the submission and parse the data into your CRM
