Confused about why this is happening with our navbar

Hello, 

I am having some trouble figuring out why one of the items in the nav bar of our companies website has a little square box next to it. It is a folder including other pages to navigate too. This has happened a handful of times when trying to add folders to our nav bar and we are unsure as to why.  Can anyone help with a solution on how to get rid of it? Really appreciate the help!

In Custom CSS, find & remove this code

    font-family: FontAwesome;
    content: "\f107";
    padding-left: 4px;
}
