blondeF0x
Site URL: http://blondefoxstudios.com I keep trying to post my website on Facebook with an accurate description and link and title. But, it's referencing an og:title that's not listed anywhere on my site or on my pages. I've injected advanced code to the page header for the meta property and am still getting an incorrect title. I also edited my Domain (DNS) text with verification of the website. Added this to each page: <meta property='og:title' content='Blonde Fox Studios'/> Still getting og:title as the following in Facebook. I'm not sure where Facebook is scraping this from my template or how to update it. Any help gratefully appreciated! <meta property="og:type" content="article" /> <meta property="og:title" content="Exploring Kyoto's Sagano Bamboo Forest - CNN.com" /> <meta property="og:description" content="A constant inclusion on lists of " forests="" to="" see="" before="" you="" die="" here="" how="" the="" real="" thing.="" /> <meta property="og:url" content="http://www.cnn.com/2014/08/11/travel/sagano-bamboo-forest/" /> <meta property="og:site_name" content="CNN.com" /> <meta property="article:published_time" content="2014-08-12T00:01:56+00:00" /> <meta property="article:author" content="CNN Karla Cripps" /> Link to comment
raleighphotog
I'm having this problem too. When I posted my URL on facebook I get "Title of your Article" and "Description of your article". I have added SEO titles and descriptions on my site (I use squarespace 7.1). This has been happening the last 4-5 months that I have noticed. Did you ever figure out your problem even though no one replied? Link to comment
