Hello! 

I've been a Circle Member so long that my original "Introduce Yourself" Post was made a couple of forums ago, and didn't seem to survive the migration. But I'm still here! (Trying to be more active in these forums lately...)

I help people grow businesses of all sizes by creating engaging digital experiences, websites, & apps. I'm Managing Partner at Reiff Valliant & Co. (reiffvalliant.co.) & Founder of SqueakWorks (2.0) (squeakworks.com). You can see what else I may be up to at danielreiff.com.

As a Technical Lead, Creative, and 23 year industry veteran specializing in all things Web & Digital, I've successfully deployed hundreds of websites, including projects for startups that contributed to high-profile acquisitions by companies such as Facebook(Meta), Motorola, and Boingo Wireless.

My digital agency & web development house's original name was SqueakWorks (1.0). We were proudly page ranked in Google search near the top of page #1 under "Squarespace Specialists" for nearly a decade, and were one of the very first listed in the old specialist directory. Our scope and services offered has greatly expanded, and our name and structure changed, but we still use Squarespace quite a bit.

We still consider ourselves "Squarespace Specialists", so please feel free to reach out! (And yes, we are "Experts" too... for the record, we were invited to join the new Squarespace Marketplace back in 2018 when it was first launching, but declined due to 99Designs terms of service.) When it comes to Squarespace, I've pretty much seen it all, so let me know how I can help. My agency reiffvalliant.co also handles many many other technical and creative requests as well, large and small.

My partner and I just launched a boutique digital marketing agency, Ten Two Marketing, based in beautiful North Vancouver, Canada. We've been in shadow mode for a little bit managing a few clients and are just now starting to make it more official with the launch of a website! I know right - digital marketers without a website?! Working on other people's digital presence is just more fun I guess. 

We focus mainly on digital strategy, social media management, and content creation for underserved small to midsize businesses. My partner is the marketing specialist and I'm more of the back-end digital strategist, so it's great to have this community of gurus to tap into when help is needed.

My name is Justin and I am the founder of Beardo Designs.  Just another weirdo with a beard that designs cool stuff. I dabbled with Squarespace years ago before going on to WordPress.  My fascination for web design started and I have been learning here and there trying to grow and learn while working for a local beard company.  Well, here I am again back at it but this time I have a much better grasp of things and felt I could offer my services to others that are needing help or wanting a website created.  I am still in the design phase and hope to have my site up sooner than later.  There is still a lot to learn and I am finding a lot of inspiration amongst other fellow squares. Hi everyone!

My name is Richard, and I'm the proud owner of Inspiring Sanctuary Design, a residential building design business I recently rebranded. I'm also setting up an online store called TrulyUniqo, where I'll sell original art that I will have printed on clothing and merchandise. In addition to that, I started a web development venture late last year called Socially Savvy Solutions.

As a creative person with a passion for graphic design, digital art and creative content writing, I use what I know to create social media content for local small businesses that understand the value of modern marketing. However, this isn't my primary source of income - merely a side project that lets me help others get ahead with their businesses while having fun!

I'm looking forward to learning more about web development using Squarespace with an emphasis on branding, creative writing and problem-solving. The first couple of projects will be free to some lucky small businesses to build up my portfolio.

This was going to be my question, but I have answered it simultaneously, but it could make for a good conversation. 

After spending hours tweaking my website, figuring out when I should finally call it quits is tough. It's like being a kid in the biggest lollipop shop ever – so many choices and options it's easy to get overwhelmed.
At least with building design, I know that simplicity is vital. There's a good saying that "good design is how much you take away, not how much you add". But with websites and graphic design, it can be hard to determine what to keep and discard.

So here's my top tip: When you find yourself tweaking the same levels or details repeatedly, step back and ask yourself – is this worth the time? If you were paid for this work, would it be worthwhile? That might be a sign of perfectionism taking over, so I take a deep breath and let go.

I became a veterinarian because of my deep love for animals and my immense curiosity to learn, That curiosity didn't stop after graduating ten years ago and has drawn my down the extraordinary path of entrepreneurship. 

As an elite ultra runner as well, I spend a lot of my time in the mountains, between the Alps and the Himalayas, training and racing. I wanted to create a solution so that I could continue to ultilise my unique skills as a vet, location-independently, along with providing better access to veterinary care that was otherwise unavailable. 

Veterinary telemedicine has been on my mind for a long time, yet up until COVID, regulations in the veterinary sector would not permit it. Now, through the growth and success of human telemedicine and a more open stance on the benefits of technology, we're able to provide this extra layer of care to animals as well.
