Site and Navigation Logo Alignment in 7.1

Hello- Transitioning our website from 7.0 to 7.1. Under Edit Site Header--->Header Layout, there is no option to have the site logo on the right and navigation on the left just like on the mobile version. See the attached images of our current website. Does anyone have a custom CCS out there to apply into 7.1? Our mobile version setup is what we want but we want the desktop version to be the same (site logo-right and navigation-left)

If the site is trial/private, you can setup password & share url
