Making Background Image overlap sections

I am using circles as background images in section as I want them to animate on scroll (using pan Image Effect) but they are getting cropped at bottom and top as shown in screen grab. I tried using this for background image:

img.background-image-fx {object-fit: contain!important; visibility: visible!important; }

plus

section[data-section-id="614958e9a35ffc26df6db5e5"].section-background, section[data-section-id="614a58b4694c173f2b662873"].section-background-content {overflow: visible!important;}

but not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you still need help on this?

I did not get it to work so ended up editing the background circles so they are not as close to edge.

But if you know how or it's not too complicated for you to figure out, I would love to be able to have the backgrounds overlap sections if possible. 🙂
