How to send a plain text email from my shopping cart to my fulfillment vendor for orders

I have a deck of affirmation cards that I want to sell from my Squarespace store. The vendor I use to print and ship the card decks requires a plan text email with the order information to automatically process the orders.  I've inquired with the SS help desk and it does not seem that is possible even with Zapier. My vendor does have some API code, but I am not a developer nor do I have the budget to hire one.

My questions: Has anyone else set up anything like this and if so how?  My payments get processed through Stripe, does SqSpace send order info to Stripe that I could try to send the info via Stripe with Zapier?  Looking for any help I can get as I've reached the end of the line with both SS and my fulfillment vendor for help. 

The only other product I offer right now is a digital download so I've not run into this issue before.
