Top photo on page too big for mobile

Hey all!

I am trying to edit the top photo on my merch page but I am having issues. On mobile the image is big and I can't seem to make it any smaller. I tried checking out some YouTube videos but I'm a bit inept at this kind of stuff. 

The sizing on desktop mode is fine its just the mobile version that is giving me issues. 

Any help with what to put in css would be very helpful. Thanks!
