7.1 Add padding between banner slideshow & button

I want to add padding between the banner slideshow and the "View Case Studies" button - when I affect the "Space Between Elements" in the built-in spacing settings, it also affects the overlaid captions which I don't want...

So it looks like I'll need some custom css?
