iFrame not loading when navigating to page through nav bar

I've added a couple of custom code plugins to our donation page. The code loads without issue if I enter the URL directly into a browser (projectinvent.org/donate). However, if I navigate to the donation page through our heading navigation bar via the "DONATE" button, the widgets don't load (unless you hit refresh).

Any help is much appreciated!
