Issue with image effects?

Hi all,

When I select a background image effect like pan, zoom, etc. the site module turns completely black. I've checked all the setting defaults and they are correct so I had to disable the image effect in the interim. Anyone else having this issue or know what might be causing it?  I didn't do anything new to the page. See attached.

I can confirm seeing something similar. With no effect selected all is good. Select any effect and my background image goes by by. 😞

I think it might have something to do with the "back to top" button code I added to the site next week! Thanks for looking.

I don't think the back to top button is the cause of the issue. I was able to replicate a similar fault on my test stie.

I designed a long train of index pages based on Parallax (7.0). Then I realised it looked unacceptably jittery on tablet and mobile so I decided to go 7.1 and its minimal parallax i.e."tilt".

Worked okay a few days ago. Today the background image goes walkabout when "tilt" is switched on.

Ugh! They asked me to remove all the custom code to look and it is giving me a migraine. 🙂 I might just leave it static.

I've been having the same issue with static images. I'm not great with coding so its driving me mad! Just here to validate and see if anyone has a clue as to why this is happening...

I'm having the same issue. As soon as I choose a zoom or pan effect the background image disappears. Is help on the way?
