varying email submissions based on dropdown seleciton

how can i redirect the form submission to various emails depending on the dropdown selection. for example if a patient selects he is NHS then it goes to the nhs@emailaddres or if he selects paediatrics then it goes to the corresponding email.

I think this is not possible. You need to use another form services.
