Switching from 7.0 to 7.1 or switching to a new template. Will I lose SEO ranking?

I am planning to switch from squarespace 7.0 to squarespace 7.1 

or  atleast switch my website template to a different one and maybe rearrange the tabs and layout etc

will any of these actions result in loss of my SEO ranking in my local area which i have achieved over time ?

Hi there. Based on my experience, if you don't understand how migrating a site can impact SEO, then yes a move will likely have unintended consequences. Note, the current 7.0 template can be restyled to just about any look/layout you prefer.

 7.1 templates can be restyled to look like other 7.1s That is not so for 7.0 templates although the option to change your template  to another 7.0 is still available.
