What CSS can I use to change the Delimiter btwn meta data?

Hi All,

I am working in 7.1 redesigning my website. Loving the platform so far.
(My site is still on the trial platform while I finish it so couldn't share a URL - Screenshots attached)

However I am running into an issue on the blog page, where my meta-data is displaying all funky - and no matter what I do in the edit block/styles, I cant seem to get it to look how I want. The divider/delimiter has this weird oversized comma, when I'm trying to choose pipe, or nothing at all from the menu - the change wont take. Also the line height for the meta data doesn't seem to respond to the changes made in the style editor so its super tall creating this funky situation. It almost seems like a bug. 

On the blog pages itself, it looks perfect.

Is there a way to fix this in CSS?
