Disable mobile/ prevent cropping

I want to have my photos displayed in widescreen (16x9 and 2.39:1 anamorphic) without being cropped on mobile. I am using indexes with parallax zooming as I think it adds a professional and creative look that I want. However since these are still frames from my videos I do not want them to be cropped in on mobile. Ideally I would like mobile to simply be disabled and display the images in desktop mode. I have tried a different approach, giving up parallax and using normal image blocks to display them however I could not get them to be full bleed and not have any margins on top or on the sides. I am open to other solutions but I feel like I have tried everything openly posted I could find.
