Smaller section height around my marquee

Hi everyone,

I created a marquee (found the code somewhere on the internet) but now I want the section height around it a bit smaller. More like an announcement bar, if that makes any sense. I've been trying for hours but unfortunately I can't make it word. It's about the section where you can see "brand design / web design / social media resources".

If someone could help me with adjusting my code, I'd be forever grateful!
