The main image on my homepage often doesn't show, anyone know why?

Hi all,

The main image on my homepage is showing up sometimes, and on some devices, but not consistently. When it doesn't display I am left with the text only, which should be beneath the image (Design: stacked)

This problem has only started this week and I've had the site since April.

I've attached a picture of what it is supposed to look like. 

Does anyone know what I can do to make it display consistently?

Oh thanks ednaw, that's great! It's showing intermittently on my Dell laptop and on my phone (Motorola G6). While trying to solve it I've refreshed the page a ridiculous number of times and managed to see the image twice, then I'll try again on my phone and it's gone again. Hoping it's a glitch that will disappear on its own.

I am not seeing any image issues, on any device or browser tested. That said, if you do experience issues, it's worth reaching out to Squarespace Customer Care, as there's nothing that forum users be able to do to fix it.

Thank you both for your help. This reassures me that it's a problem with my devices and not with the site itself. Or perhaps I have accidentally solved it today. Either way thanks for your time!
