past this code in custom css box

.sqs-block.image-block .image-caption-wrapper {
    background-color: #e5e5e5 !important;   (here you can change color code)
}

Thank you for your reply.

It's not working,

I tried putting h2 before the color but it's also not changing, I can weirdly change the background color of the header but not the header.

.sqs-block.image-block .image-caption-wrapper h2{
  background-color: black !important;} this worked but not the text itself
