Top Banner Images Being Cut off All of a Sudden

Wondering if this is happening to anyone else. A completed handed off site to my client everything was fine. All of a sudden my top banner images are being cut off on the sides. Everything looks fine in edit mode but live it is cut off. Been happening for 2 days now. Video walk through of the issue and screenshots below. If anyone has insight let me know.
