This may not be the answer you are looking for, but a more simple solution might be to set the form to redirect to a specific confirmation page after submission.

In Squarespace you can easily create a simple confirmation page, leave it in the “not linked” section of the navigation, and set it to not be indexed by search engines.

Then you can track form conversions using page views on the confirmation page.

If that doesn’t work for you , the next best option is probably using Google Tag Manager and tying some code to that button click.

Hope that helps.

Desculpe, tenho só mais uma questão:

Sendo uma página "not linked", como vejo o número de visualizações? Em "conversões de botão e formulário"? Porque na parte do conteúdo acessado não me aparece a página.

Sorry - I was assuming you had Google Analytics installed on the website since your post was tagged with “AdWords”.

If you’re working on setting up conversion tracking so you can measure conversions on a CPC campaign I’d recommend installing Google Analytics. Then you can create a conversion goal (destination type) using the form submission confirmation page.
