Embed block removes other images on the page?

For pages on which I have an embed block at the top of the page, other images on that page do not seem to render anymore. They're still there, as when you click on the empty space, the overlay image pops up as expected. But upon loading the page they do not render. 

This did not used to be the case, the combination of embed block and other images on one page worked fine in 7.1 before. Has anything changed? Anyone have a suggestion of how this could have happened?

Not sure it will work. Add to Design > Custom CSS

    visibility: visible !important;
}

The image shows here. Did you filx problem? Can you share a fix?
