How do I change the contact email/information that appears on a lock screen?

Hi!

Taking over for a predecessor who somehow has inserted their email address into the lock screen page. I cannot find where the site setting or configuration might be to update this information.

On the lock screen, it shows "Contact: old-person@email.com" and I am looking to update this with a different email or string.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?
