When I try to edit, page goes blank!

Trying to edit my 'welcome' page and everytime I click edit, the welcome page goes BLANK. 

I can edit EVERY other page EXCEPT my home page. Please help, this is very frustrating 😔 

Experiencing the same issue - I can edit the first section and header of my home page but if I click anything below I get the blank page

I experienced this using Microsoft Edge (Chromium) and it stumped Squarespace support initially.

But after days of searching, I came across a Stackoverflow thread that described a similar situation and pin pointed either trackpad and\or touch screen support as the issue.

So I disabled the trackpad in the Windows "Device Manager \ Human Interface Device" section and now it works! The touch screen may or may not also need disabling.

A workaround for sure, but one that worked for me.

Squarespace did eventually confirm that they've experienced issues along these lines before, so please do let them know if the workaround fixes your issue too. Hopefully the more that do, the more they will look into a proper fix.

Hi, I have been having this same issue for two weeks now and am unable to figure out any way to get into my site to actually edit it. It also will not work from my phone (browser or app). If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
