HELP - Site completely died / template broken

JUST HAPPENED TO ME TOO!

I searched the topic and seems like this has happened before and it was a overarching Squarespace error! Looks like we just have to sit tight and wait for it to be resolved. So glad I'm not the only one...

Yup mine is also broken, had an online chat with SS and they told me there is an outage.

Nope, they just said there was an outage, I though I had done something wrong. Sorry they didn't give me any other details.

just had the same happen to one of my sites, only on certain pages but showing up as plain text in all the browsers / not displaying images etc. Guess we just wait it out?

Seems likeonly 7.1 sites are affected

No worries. I just tried to contact them too and I'm 448th in the queue! Looks like a few people are having the same issue.

I was 3 in the queue, I hope the hashtag I added to my site footer didn't bring it down 😐

I'm having the same issue! Fingers crossed.

This is happening to my site, too. thecabinidaho.org. 

Hope this gets fixed soon. I have sales to make.

Folks please see Squarespace Status. Keeping in mind that you may see an issue before they have time to update the status site.

Hm strange. I've tested some 7.0 sites and they worked for me. But who knows what they broke this time?!

Mine also just went haywire!! So happy to hear it's a problem elsewhere. Guess we just have to wait...

My site as well. I just literally had an heart attack as I'm updating my whole site. One refresh and it was all gone XD Fingers crossed this is resolved in a good way... There's about 500 reports in the last hour on downdetector.

I was having the same issue, I contacted the live SS chat and this was their response:

Thanks for your patience here while I had a look. I can confirm this is due to an issue on our end. Our engineers are aware of connectivity issues impacting some Squarespace sites and we hope to have a fix in place soon. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience.

They also confirmed the site/template should be back to normal when their issue is fixed, and they are working to get it fixed asap

Same. but it looks like it's only affecting some of the pages.

Back online! Hopefully it stays that way. 🙂
