Subscription feature for a meal subscription service

Hey there, 

I'm currently building a website for a weekly meal subscription service on Squarespace and have a few questions regarding the subscription feature:

1. will it be easy for customers to skip a week or pause their subscriptions?

2. will it be possible to combine different purchasing options for one product (one time only, subscription)?

3. in the back end, will I easily be able to access the number of actual orders I have to complete every week?
