code and customisation for mobile view

I'm making some last minute adjustments to a website (https://banjo-aqua-pr5l.squarespace.com/ PW: Tempsite2021) before sending it off to a client and I have a couple of things that I can't work out how to change. 

1. On the contact page on desktop view the opening times are displayed side by side (as shown in picture) but on the mobile version, the time is displayed underneath the date. I originally thought about just putting all of the text in the same text box so that it would display the same on both desktop and mobile, but wanted to see if there was a way to get the two text boxes side by side on mobile view using custom code before sending it off.

hi you actually fixed it for me on another post so thank you so much - I'm just wondering if you can help with something else - on the desktop version of the website there is a book now button in the header however it isn't in the header of the mobile version - I've hidden it from the overlay menu as I didn't want it on there but can't find any code to move it to the header. I contacted Squarespace support but they have told me that it will need to be done with custom code which they can't supply me with
