I make cakes and I need to add variants but I can't add more than 250 variants, is there a plugin or bypass code that can bypass this?

On Squarespace, a product can have up to 250 variant combinations. You cannot change this with code. The only workaround is to create more products that have fewer variations.

The site you've quoted as an example is a WordPress/WooCommerce site, not Squarespace.

Thanks

This makes it very hard for me to offer custom items to my customers then pay. I don't want them to fill out a form then I have to invoice them, very time consuming and ineffective and not to mention not user friendly....

Is there any plugins or anything to help? Is there any workaround?

Did You ever get an answer to this?

A product cannot have more than 250 variant combinations. Can you explain what you want to be able to do?

I wish I knew this before I signed up to Squarespace and did all the hard work on the website, because this is ridiculous , it needs to be fixed. Or I will ask for my money back.

I don't see this changing any time soon. It's been this way for ages.

I want more than 250 product variant combinations. I know it's not possible. Is there any plugin?

You cannot change this with code or 'plugins'. On Squarespace, a product cannot have more than 250 variant combinations.

If you can tell us a little more about your end goal, we may be able to suggest an alternative that achieves your objective but requires fewer variant combinations. A working link to the website (or the work in progress 🙂) always helps to give us context.

Sure, I need to create a design with over 250 variant combinations. What's the solution? ( Please Check the attachment )

If these are built to order, have you considered using a Custom Product Form to request this information?

Hey there! I am looking to create different variants for a purchase of a box of a dozen cookies. I have six flavors and want them to be able to pick each flavor to fulfill up to 12 cookies to fulfill the dozen - however, it won't let me do more than the 250 variant amount. Does anyone have a suggestion or workaround to do this?

To assign 12 cookies across 6 different flavours you'd require thousands of variant combinations and, as you've acknowledged, there's a 250 limit. If you aren't concerned about tracking inventory, you may want to consider using a Custom Product Form to capture the flavours.
