Adding a description in lightbox

Hello,

I have my captions enabled in my gallery but i'd also like to be able to add more information about the image by adding a description while the image is open in lightbox, is this possible?

I've got a business plan, is that what you're referring too?

I'm trying to do what is pictured in the photo below, by having a description of the photo while it's open in lightbox but i've only managed to achieve this in a blog post gallery.
