Hey guys!

Quick question. Is it possible to set a website up so that when you sign up to the site (and give it your location) . your display picture appears on the main map on the homepage?

No way. You need to set it manually.

so there's no way to set up the sign up page to be able to do this automatically?

So lets say your in london and you sign up to the website telling it your in London.... A marker with your face on it will then appear on the main page map

Is there a website where signing up to it means you get placed on a map? kinda like this attached image

so like if I joined it and said I was located in London. My profile would appear on the website map in London

Any leads on who could design something like this?

As @tuanphan explained, this isn't possible on Squarespace, except via a manual process.
