Automatically email the details of a custom form to myself

Hi all, 

I have a custom form attached to a product, when I check out I would like at least the details of the form to be emailed to me. Right now the only option I can see is exporting the csv manually but if I could even automate the exporting of the CSV that would be a huge help.

I'm an idiot. The email I was looking in and the email I created the Squarespace account with are different.
