blog-post Re-ordering of blog posts oldest to newest and renaming Previous to Next / Next to Previous

Hi,

A while ago I was able to gather together (which help from probably this forum) code to re-order my blog posts from oldest to newest, that was easy enough but the challenge was the wording / links at the bottom did not match up so, when I would go to the first post, it would only say previous instead of next.  A wonderful coder helped me to fix that, and I swear it was working on the first post of each blog but now it only seems to work on the second post and on ... not the first one.  I would love any help as to figuring out why I can't get the first post page to display Next instead of Prev.  Here is the code I have been using which I post in the header (it's at the bottom the reversing of the text) - thank you in advance!!

The filter is paid plugin. I think you shouldnot public the core code on forum.
