Possible to remove fade-in animation from gallery blocks?

Hello all,
I looked and couldn't find an answer for this anywhere, but if it has been answered before please just direct me to that response.

Main point:
I was wondering if it is possible to remove the fade-in animation for gallery blocks on pages. I would like all the images to load in right away. At the moment, if you scroll too quickly, it seems like a lot of unused space, which is not the perception I want to give off.

Some information you might need about my site:

-TemplateID - 5c5a519771c10ba3470d8101 (which I couldn't find a match for, so if you know what site this matches up with as well you're a hero)

hello there 🙂 I am also interested in this to change this behavior - I tried your code and it didn't change the fade in the slide show- all the settings are off and for comparison I have a gallery block with with same slide show that doesn't have the image block gallery fade issue. Thanks so much
