Change size of code block

Hi

I have used a code block to insert an animated svg-icon on my home page. This is the code:

Below the Icon I have placed a text block to name it. However, the text block appears too far down. I want it right underneath the code block, but it is unnecessarily large. How can I reduce the heights of the code block. It should work for mobile and desktop.

Alternatively: Can I include the text in the code of the code block? That might be easier...
