How to hide certain elements of header navigation on only one page

Hi all, thank you to everyone who contributes to this forum I have learned a great deal from you all. 

I have hit a bump and cannot seem to find an answer that works. I am trying to remove header navigation links from one page only. I am not trying to remove the header completely nor do I want the changes to be applied to any page other the one in question, I want to keep the logo and social links. I am using 7.1. I will post a screen grab below, the highlighted links are the ones I wish to remove. It is a language select page which when published will become the home page - thus I do not want any page links in the header as these will depend on which language you select.

Can you point us towards the language selection page?

Hi Paul, thanks for your comment. The language select is not live yet (sill translating the content). I have found a work around that we think looks better so probably wont pursue the issue. Thank you again!
