Display both title and logo OR clickable tagline in Brine 7.0?

Help please! 

I am trying to display both the logo AND the site title in Brine, and make them both clickable to the homepage. 

Design wise I got this to work by using the Tagline field. But I can't get the Tagline to be a clickable link. Tried some javascript but it didn't work. 

Ideally I would like logo in the far left and site title in the middle of the header (see attached image) so uploading the site title as part of the logo image wont work. 

Can anyone help either:

 - Make tagline a clickable link in brine 

 - or force display of both site title AND logo. 

It's a business plan so a javascript or CSS solution is fine.

Coming back to answer my own question in case anyone has the same issue 😂 - I used the secondary nav instead of the tagline and positioned it 'top centre' . Made a link back to home and styled it in site styles to look the same.
