Change Navigation Font Colour in Cart

I've been playing around with some CSS for the webpage I have been working on. I am having an issue with the Cart page where the black navigation banner obscures the navigation menu because the font is black, and I can't seem to change the font colour on just the navigation menu for just this page. The fold down menus are fine though. Any ideas?
