Centering last row in Portfolio pre-made block

Does anyone know if it is possible to do this. 

Have tried this but havent been able to get it to work within SS

If anyone has any idea I would be grateful.

.portfolio-grid-basic seems ot be the class that works but it all ends up squiffy.

Add this code to Website Tools (under Not Linked) > Custom CSS
