Footer Help - Spacing

hello - how do I adjust the spacing between lines on my footer?  Everything is spaced SO far apart, it doesn't look right.  This doesn't seem like it should be difficult, but naturally, Squarespace has made it so that it has to be something to look up rather than just making it intuitive.  

Can anyone help?

The footer is disabled on the first page. Click the button ("I'm Ready"), all other pages have a footer. And yes, I do still need help, please.  Sorry for the confusion, this is new to me
