Homepage doesn't fill entire screen

Is there a way to have the site be adaptive to different size screens?

My site works fine on my laptop but then on my 1440px screen it doesn't fit the full page. There is a black line on the bottom of the screen.

Hi. Try adding to Design > Custom CSS

}
