Form Subheadings

Is it possible to create a form with subheadings? I'm setting up a long registration form and it has sections that would be much easier to follow if I could somehow add subheadings. I'm comfortable with CSS.

Please post the URL for your form on your site. Also if you could describe a few section titles and where they should go that would give us a possible place to start.

Examples headings are: Child's details, Parent's details, Emergency contact, etc.

Please see Add Form Block Section Labels. You've already made the form so you can focus on the bits about adding the line fields and adding the CSS code.
