how do i reduce the amount of white space in a text box?

I have 2 blocks on this part of my website, and there's way too much blank space between them. I've tried changing the height on both of them but it's still too much for my liking. Is there anything I can do to reduce the padding between the blocks (under the part about FAQ and above the pictures) but keep everything else the same?
