My "Book a Consultation" page allows users to schedule in their own appointments with us and pay the consultation fee upon booking. This function is facilitated via Calendly. The problem is, everytime you visit the consultation page the calendar schedule doesn't load until you hit refresh again. My concern is that users aren't necessarily going to know this and won't follow through with the sale. We're trying to streamline the booking process but, this is just turning prospects away. Grateful for any tips and advice! (Attached is an image of what happens when clicking the 'Book a Consultation' under the Contact Us menu tab; followed by the image of what should appear without hitting refresh). Link to comment
