Secondary Navigation Button Help!

Hi guys!

I've added a secondary nav button (Book an appointment) for desktop and mobile via css and the sizing is inconsistent in different platforms.

Desktop issues:

• Stroke on hover doesn't work but text does
• Font size inconsistencies
• Baseline inconsistencies

*note* Need size and baseline consistent to "Enrol with us" button

Mobile issues:

• Hover effect issues
• Font size issues
• Baseline issues (ideally like this to sit on top of "Enrol with us" button without moving up and down too much

I'd greatly appreciate it so much if someone could take a look at my messy code and help me clean it up!
