How do I create this image block?

Hi there,

I'm wondering how to create this type of image/block (attached)?  It's a square image on the left, with text and colored background on the right.  The entire image extends the length of the screen.  I've also provided the website I found this on, which provides a few other examples.

You can add image block on left, text/button on right, then share link to your site, we can remove white padding around these blocks to achive screenshot layout

Thanks for the reply.  Regarding the text on the right, you'll notice the purple box is separate from the background image used.  Is this purple box a CSS code, or is this a particular block in Squarespace?
