Adding TikTok Icon to Header

I'm not 100% familiar with Squarespace and coding and am looking at changing the generic link icon for my client's tik tok link. 

I've tried various methods on this forum and have been unsuccessful.

Do you use Personal or Business plan? Each plan will have a different solutions to solve this

Hi this worked great! Just wondering how you change the colour of the icon?  At the moment it's showing in black for me but I'd like to change it to White.
