How to Make a Sticky Nav for Mobile with the BOOK NOW Button Call to Action?

Hello! My client wants both calls to action to always be on each page of her site in the mobile navigation as you scroll. I am currently using SS 7.1 and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to custom code this. I need to basically make a sticky nav with the CTAs. Any help is much appreciated. Site is below:

I think there is no space for both 2 buttons.

How about, adding a bar (2 buttons) under mobile header?

I think just doing one button - the book now - would suffice in this case. That way when someone is scrolling the nav won't take up too much space.
