Move social media links in nav bar and edit it's spacing

Hi! I would like to know how to move my social media links to the top right of the nav bar, so it's not aligned with the nav links. I'd also like to decrease the spacing between the two social media elements so it doesn't have the same spacing as the nav links. Anyone have the code for this? Thanks!

If your site is trial/private, you can setup password then share url. We can check easier
