css Margin with full height image

I have a small problem with a margin between an image and a border that I can't fixe.

I have add the code :

But there is still a space at the bottom. See the picture enclosed :

Add to Design > Custom CSS

/* gap under image */
div#block-98967a82a2e5e634b89d {
    padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}

then edit 750px in your current code, to 740px or 730px
