Change order of blocks on mobile

Hi, 

Can anyone help with changing the order of blocks for the mobile view. I've attached 2 alternatives I would like to test.

I would like to change the order for the section titled MEET DIRT KITCHEN SNACKS.

Hi. Try adding to Design > Custom CSS
